400 grams of Pork Ribs. Tender, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth ribs. Done in the Southern tradition using dry spices only. These pair perfectly with both our Sweet Apple Bourbon and QueYou Hot BBQ Nectar sauces.
200g of Beef Brisket. Less common in Australia than the US, our brisket offers sumptuous beefy flavours. The meat comes out soft and delicate. Smoked for 10 to 12 hours with hickory wood. Serve it with our QueYou Hot BBQ Nectar.
200g of Lamb Shoulder. Tender and full of flavour, our lamb shoulder is seasoned with a proprietary blend of mildly spicy herbs and spices. Pair it with our Sweet Apple Bourbon, QueYou Hot BBQ Nectar or salsa verde.
